Sam & Caitlyn

Sam & Caitlyn chose for their engagement session to be at Eden Garden’s State Park, and what a perfect decision that was. The weather was beautiful this day, the dogs, Eli & Behr, were so well behaved and the love was real!!

For those of you that don’t know I am very intentional about getting to know my client’s, each and every one of them. Through a questionnaire, texting/emailing a lot, and grabbing coffee together, I got to know Caitlyn and Sam, but my first time meeting Sam was at the session.

One thing that really stands out to me is how they met. They are undeniably meant for one another and their story should definitely be a movie. Here is Caitlyn’s words on how they met-

We met 5 years ago after he danced with my grandmother in a bar in Mexico Beach haha. She insisted he meet her granddaughter. It took us a while to finally connect being I lived in Alabama and he traveled for work a lot. I decided the first day I FINALLY met him to quit my job and move to Wewahitchka lol. Real glad that worked out lol.

I was able to see about two total seconds of those dance moves grandma talked about, & I am happy I was able to document it.

Sadly, I won’t be able to get to meet her grandma but I know she will be dancing right beside all of us on their wedding day. Caitlyn holds a special piece of her everyday- her main diamond in her engagement ring is her grandmother’s diamond.

I told y’all- this should be a movie!

I can’t wait to share their wedding with you next year as they tie the knot in Franklin County.
