Sapp House Styled Shoot | 7.14.21

This styled shoot consisted of a lot of firsts for me, and genuinely could not have gone smoother.

This collaboration featured Makeup by Marissa Kathryn, Morgan Bryan Beauty, and the Sapp House located in Historic Downtown Panama City!

This faux bride and groom are a true married couple who actually got married not too long before this shoot occurred, and fun fact, the groom is wearing his tux from their wedding day!

I met the bride, Kelsey, through a Christian photography group, she’s the owner of Lady K Photography! Kelsey and Ken made this shoot so much fun and they were so easy to work with!

I really wanted an opportunity to venture into styled shoots and see if they were something I was passionate about— this shoot gave me the flexibility to be creative and spontaneous with a couple without the pressure of a wedding day.

This gave me a vintage style I’d been wanting to try out for a while, which was perfectly enhanced thanks to the historical atmosphere Sapp House provides.

Even better was the convenience of the location of Sapp House because we were able to walk right down the road and get some gorgeous pictures with a change of scenery while still being in the heart of Downtown Panama City!

This style shoot was overflowing with authentic and traditional vibes, and truly could not have turned out more beautiful.
