Jessica and Eric got married at Southern Lea Farms in Chipley, Fl. This venue is my top favorite for an enchanted, romantic and plush scenery.

Eric is actually a creative as well and knows a lot about the behind-the-scenes work of photography.Jessica and Eric had full trust in CMC, so every vision that they had, and every vision that we had, truly came to life on their big day!

Before the brides first look with her soon-to-be hubby, his grandmother was hand sewing details into her gown!

Eric’s suit was custom made in a green hue to best match his pigmentation and features and even had their wedding date sewn inside his coat.

Jessica and Eric’s first look shots tell us so much about just how consumed they are with each others company. They also didn’t have a wedding party, so they focus of their wedding day could really be on each other. That made the day go by so much smoother, and more intimate than most weddings.

This photo below was probably my number one favorite from the day because was a raw candid moment— the last kiss as fiance’s before saying I DO and becoming husband and wife!

If you paid close attention to the first looks— you’ll notice something different here! The bride added a skirt to her gown as a surprise to Eric for the ceremony!
This was another detail added by the couple that truly made their wedding day, their wedding day.

Their ceremony was emotional, raw, and beautiful.

Like I said— romantic, joyful, and captivating. These pictures literally speak for themselves honestly.

NOW, onto the reception! They had a kids area set up with coloring sheets and games so the kiddos had a safe space to have fun! This is rare to have but so functional!

Jessica took her skirt back off to surprise the wedding guests, as they’d only seen her with her skirt on so far this day during the ceremony!
Suffice to say, she looked stunning!

Both of their mom’s spoke at their receptions and gave the sweetest speeches that made this day even more personal for them!

The reception was SO MUCH FUN. The bride and groom were legitimately busting a move on the dance floor and everyone was having a blast!

Eric and his dad killed the dance floor! Prime example of the saying, “like father, like son!”

I often stay a couple of minutes after the exit to get true party shots and I’m so glad I did because it escalated quickly— from him just spinning her to Eric’s friends picking him up and then the grand idea of Jessica being picked up like the movie dirty dancing, the extra few minutes I stayed was the icing on top!
